Woman Found Dead in Lagos Hotel After Lodging with Alfa (Islamic teacher)
On Saturday, the manager of a guest house in Igbogbo in Ikorodu area of Lagos State discovered the body of a dead woman who was later identified as Muinat inside one of the rooms in the building.

Police Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) that the incident occurred on Saturday.
The manager’s report showed that the woman who was about 46 years old arrived at the guest house on Friday with her companion, simply identified as Alfa Sule (an Islamic teacher).
According to Hundeyin, the management of the hotel was cleaning the rooms on Saturday morning at about 6: 00. a.m when he came across the lifeless body of the Muinat; however, Alfa Sule was nowhere to be found.
“When the police arrived at the sense, they discovered the body of the woman with foam coming out of her nose. Photographs of the scene and the body were taken before the corpse was removed and deposited at the Ikorodu General Hospital for autopsy.

Hundeyin said a manhunt has commenced the finding of Alfa Sule. He added that the case will be forwarded to the Homicide unit of the State Criminal Investigation Department in Panti, Yaba, in order to undergo further investigation.
