Man smoking with baby in viral video declared wanted
An unidentified man smoking and giving same to a baby in a viral video has been declared wanted by the Lagos State government and police.
In the video, the man, who held the baby in his arms, pushed the substance into the baby’s mouth intermittently after grabbing a puff. A female was heard in the background laughing as the man carried on with the act.

The now-viral video has continued to generate widespread outrage on social media platforms. Many condemned the action and called on relevant government agencies to ensure the man is brought to book.
Meanwhile, the Lagos Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Agency (DSVRA) has called on anyone with useful information about the man to contact the commission.
