Biggie welcomed housemates to their penultimate head-of-house game. The housemates were given only one game and the housemate that wins the game will have a guaranteed spot in the finale and will be declared new the head of the house. The head of the house will also get other exclusive privileges including the showmax reward and the use of the head of house executive bedroom.

Also, the winner of the game will not only be crowned the head of the house but also the supreme veto power holder. The supreme veto power gives the holder the ability to pick two other housemates for a place in the finale.
In line with the usual tradition, Phyna the incumbent head of the house was not eligible to partake in the evening head-of-house game.
The Game
A unique game of seesaw beam was given to the housemates. Unlike the seesaw game, they might have played in their younger years. The game was specially crafted. On one end of each beam is a shallow container in the shape of the big brother eye while the other side of the beam is marked with a line. Also provided for the house is a basin with five plastic balls. The challenge is to transport the five balls from the basin to the shallow container of the beam. This must be done by taking up a ball from the basin, walking on the beam to the end of the beam, then carefully placing the ball on the shallow container. Once the ball is placed down, housemate must walk back to the other end of the beam. Only one ball should be transported at a time. Housemates were not allowed to touch any part of the beam with their hand except the starting end of the beam which has beam clearing taped. Touching any other part of the beam will be considered a failed attempt and the housemate must return the ball he/she may be carrying to the basin and start again. If a ball falls or drops out of the shallow container at any point, it must be returned to the starting container. The challenge aims to successfully move all five plastic balls to the container and return to the starting point. The first housemate to successfully place all five balls in the container and then return to the starting point will be declared the winner of the challenge.
Nominations
The nomination was different from the usual method of speaking to Big Brother, rather Biggie brought back the Supreme Veto Power method. Housemates were given 90 seconds each to sell themselves to the Supreme Veto Holder, Chichi, for a chance to be catapulted straight to the Finale. After their speeches, Chichi decided to save and secure a pass to the Finale for Phyna and Daniella
