Atiku’s Camp React as Wike Promises To Support Obi
Governor Wike had last week during the commissioning of a project in the state vowed to support Peter Obi with Logistics during his campaign.
In his statement, he noted that Obi was the former governor, hence would provide him with all the logistic support needed during LP’s presidential campaign in the state.
The camp of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has reacted after Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State pledged to support the Labour Party, LP, presidential candidate, Peter Obi, with logistics during his campaign.
The PDP Presidential Campaign Management Committee spokesman, Dino Melaye had questioned the justice the camp of Governor Wike is requesting in PDP.

According to Melaye most of the positions in the Labour Party are occupied by Southerners, unlike PDP.
Melaye said it is time for Goer Wike to unite with his family.
According to Melaye, in a post on Twitter, he wrote: “Peter Obi’s visit in PH, Wike of Rivers state, stated that he would give Peter Obi support during the presidential election.
“In Labour Party, their National party chairman is from the South. The presidential candidate is from the South. Their DG is from the South. And the majority of their national positions are being held by southerners.
“So where is the justice Governor Wike is talking about? Time to reunite with your family my brother.
“Atiku Abubakar is the next President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by the grace of God.”
